Some days we just need a little help concentrating. But too much caffeine can make us jittery and distracted. So we developed this minty herbal tea. It it lightly caffeinated with a blend of herbs that have been shown to improve focus and mental clarity.
Tasting notes: An initial burst of mint awakens the taste buds. This is followed by a balance of herbal and earthy elements of the other ingredients. The tea finishes with a light astringency from the green tea and rosemary.
Ingredients: Eleuthero root, Ginkgo biloba, Gotu kola, Green tea, Peppermint, Rosemary.

How to make tea: There’s no wrong way to brew a great cup of tea. Whether using a reusable tea bag, a tea pot, or even a drip coffee maker, the results will be delicious. The amount of time to steep the tea is a matter of personal preference. The aromatic, fruity, and floral elements usually extract first, while more earthy, astringent and medicinal elements take longer. To get a nice balance, we recommend brewing each cup for 3 to 5 minutes for flavor, and 8 to 10 minutes for medicinal benefits.
Recommended brewing instructions: Place two teaspoons of tea in a container (or use a tea ball). Pour one cup of boiling water over the tea and let it sit for 3-5 minutes. Pour the tea into a cup using a strainer or pour off just the liquid leaving the herbs behind.
